Inspiralized Cookbook Review

Over the past six weeks I have made and reviewed six recipes from the Inspiralized cookbook. I have also posted the recipes to go with two of the reviews. If you missed these recipes and reviews you can click the links in the following paragraph.

Recipes Reviews from the Inspiralized Cookbook:

I know this was not a specifically vegan cookbook, but all the recipes I reviewed are vegan. This cookbook would be great for someone who is looking for a creative way to introduce more fruits and vegetables in their diet. The spiralizer was quicker and easier to use than I thought it would be. Many of the recipes in this book seem complicated because of how fancy they look but they are really quite simple.

Overall Inspiralized Cookbook Ratings:

Average recipe rating: 3 out of 5 stars

Whole-food and plant-based or just vegan? This is not actually even a vegan cookbook. However, all of the recipes feature fruits and vegetables. This would be perfect for someone who’s family is skeptical about eating plants or transitioning to a plant based diet. It can also give you ideas about which flavors go well with different veggies and give you ideas in how to prepare them.

Difficultly of recipes: Easy-Medium

Percentage of recipes I will make again: 50%

Kid friendly: My toddlers liked/tried 2 out of 6 recipes

Cost: $11.89 on Amazon

Overall rating: 2.5/5 (recipes were mostly great but I’m searching the best whole-food and plant-based cookbook)

As per request by readers comments, I will be reviewing the China Study Cookbook next.
